3. Donations & Financial Contributions
3.1 Tax Deductibility

3.2 Donation Processing
- All donations are processed securely through our payment partners (PayPal, credit card processors)
- Donations are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to refuse or return any donation at our discretion
- Donation amounts may be adjusted to cover processing fees if disclosed at the time of donation
3.3 Recurring Donations
If you set up recurring donations, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the specified frequency until you cancel. You may cancel recurring donations at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Donations support our charitable mission including medical research, patient assistance programs, education, and operational costs. While donors may designate donations for specific programs, the Foundation retains discretion to allocate funds where most needed if designated purposes cannot be fulfilled.
4. Medical Programs & Patient Support
4.1 Program Eligibility
Eligibility for medical assistance programs is determined based on specific criteria including medical need, financial circumstances, and available resources. Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee program acceptance. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
